厦大附一消化内科在临床工作实践中十分重视疑难病例的诊治，通过专业知识的不断积累和科室全体人员的努力，目前厦门大学附属第一医院消化病中心在疑难病例和罕见病诊治能力方面处于国内一流水平，并同时撰写相关学术论文发表在国际权威杂志，和全球同行分享临床诊治经验，以期提高临床医生对该病的诊治能力，同时持续扩大本中心的影响力。

一位50岁女性以“反复腹胀5月”入院，多次就诊于各家医院，但症状始终无法缓解。入院后完善胃肠镜等检查，肠镜提示结肠两处巨大溃疡，针对该溃疡我们尝试了多种治疗方案，但患者溃疡始终无法好转。同时给予对症治疗，但患者腹胀症状进行性加重，期间出现严重的结肠梗阻表现。为了解决结肠梗阻症状，外科临时采用了结肠造瘘术，但术后腹胀、肠梗阻症状仍无法缓解。最终我们进行了结肠部分切除术，切除了溃疡病灶。术后结合患者的手术病理、腹部CT、钡条传输试验和既往病史，进行了MTD讨论，明确患者为继发性结肠动力障碍引起的梗阻性肠炎，患者的后续治疗方案得以明确，从而避免了患者反复就医带来的经济和心里负担。该病例的临床诊治体会发表在消化病领域国际顶级杂志Gastroenterology。类似这样的病例2022全年我们共诊治100余例，部分撰写成论文发表在国际权威期刊，其中4例发表在消化病领域国际顶刊Gastroenterology。

在过去的2022一年中，厦门大学附属第一医院消化内科取得了丰硕的科研成果。共发表SCI论文24篇，其中8篇影响因子>5分，最高影响因子达33.883分，总影响因子达225分。在研省、市级课题共7项；另有3项福建省自然科学基金评审中。
